IKANOS reserves the right to delete from the Platform any materials that are no longer of interest to the public, that require an update or that IKANOS deems inappropriate or inappropriate.

When registering the Account on the Platform and, subsequently, for the entire duration of the respective account, you have the following obligations:
a. Provide true, accurate and complete data and documents, according to the registration form provided by the Platform;
b. To maintain and, as the case may be, to update when the situation requires it, the registration data as well as any other data provided https://www.ikanos.ro so that they are always true, accurate and complete; You can update any information directly from your Platform user account.
c. Provide at the request of IKANOS any information necessary in connection with the use of the Platform. Payment and Billing
The prices displayed on the Platform, for each subscription / service separately represent the final price paid by the User.
The unit prices displayed on the site can be modified by the Platform, without the displayed price being an irrevocable unilateral offer to contract.
Payment can be made in any of the following ways: online, by bank card or PayPal following the payment steps and payment instructions provided when making the payment.
IKANOS is not responsible for incorrect processing of the payment.
IKANOS is not liable for errors recorded through the payment system, including but not limited to the losses you may have incurred using the card payment system.
The tax invoice for any order (including recurring payments) may be sent to the email address entered at the time of purchase.
Recurring subscription
If you select a service with an automatic renewal feature ("Recurring Subscription"), you authorize IKANOS to maintain your account information and to collect that account upon renewal of the Service of your choice, without any further action required by you.
If IKANOS is unable to charge your account, IKANOS will retry billing periodically every 3 days for 3 days. After the expiration of the term of 20 days and in the absence of a successful collection of the account, IKANOS will suspend the services offered to you until the payment received is made.
IKANOS may change the price of recurring subscriptions from time to time and will communicate in advance any changes to the price and, if applicable, the term and manner in which you can accept these changes. Price changes for recurring subscriptions will take effect at the beginning of the next period
of subscription after the date of the price change. As permitted by local law, you accept the new price by continuing to use your recurring subscription after the price change takes effect. If you do not agree with the price changes, you have the right to reject the change by canceling your subscription.

Right of withdrawal
The products offered by IKANOS through the Platform represent the digital content that is not delivered on a material support, the user declaring that he is aware of this aspect and accepting the digital format of the product, which is defined according to art. 2 point 11 of the Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals.
Thus, considering that the supplied products represent digital content, according to art. 16 letter m) of the Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, as well as for amending and supplementing some normative acts you do not have the right to request withdrawal from the contract concluded with IKANOS, and implicitly the return of purchased products.

h. the use of any manual or automated systems for the illicit collection of personal data, copying of information or indexing of services;
i. cyber attack of the Platform, of the users registered in the Platform, of the servers and / or of the afferent networks;
j. affect or infringe in any way the rights and legitimate interests of IKANOS;
k. uploading material with offensive, offensive or harmful, indecent, denigrating, pornographic content, including non-restricted content that advocates, incites or promotes racism, religious intolerance, hatred or physical aggression against other individuals or groups of persons;
l. publishing content or providing access to content that exploits minors abusively, violently or sexually;
IKANOS reserves the right to unilaterally remove any content that contravenes these provisions, as well as to block access to the Platform, respectively to refuse to provide the Services to persons who do not comply with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions. Blocking access to the Platform and providing the Services will be preceded by a notification from IKANOS.
IKANOS also reserves the right to take action against all persons who are guilty of causing any damage to IKANOS or the Platform, in violation of the obligations contained in these Terms and Conditions.
Image damage caused to the Platform

Liability and Limitations
IKANOS assumes no responsibility for any loss (material, financial, data or information or of any other nature) that may occur directly or indirectly due to information or content included or absent on

Advertising and content provided by third parties

Major force

The party invoking force majeure is obliged to notify the other party, within 15 days, of the occurrence of the event and to take all possible measures to limit its consequences.
Applicable law
The contract will be governed by and construed in accordance with Romanian law. Any misunderstanding between IKANOS and you regarding the relations arising from the use of the Platform will be resolved amicably and, in case of failure, be submitted to the competent courts.
Final provisions
IKANOS reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions. In this regard, these conditions may change at any time without notice or notice.
